- สามารถเปลี่ยนขนาดของรองเท้าได้เท่านั้น แต่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสีและแบบได้
- ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งเปลี่ยนภายใน 3 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (ไม่นับวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
- สินค้าที่ส่งมาเปลี่ยนต้องไม่เคยใช้งาน และอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ พื้นรองเท้าไม่ดำหรือเปื้อน บรรจุภัณฑ์อยู่ในสภาพดี ไม่ขาด
- ลูกค้าต้องส่งสินค้ากลับมาพร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์ภายในเวลา 10 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (ไม่นับวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
- ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งสินค้าคืนและค่าส่งคู่ใหม่
Return policy
- You may not exchange your order for a different design or color.
- Requests for exchange will only be entertained up to 3 days after the item is received, excluding weekend and public holidays.
- Items should be unworn and in perfect condition. All packaging, including the original shoe box should be sent with the shoes in perfect condition.
- Items should always be mailed back to us within 10 days after the item is received, excluding weekend and public holidays.
- Please note, however, that you will need to shoulder two-way shipping cost.
